FIFTH MANGUSTA OCEANO 50 LAUNCHED

As the summer season approaches and the desire to take to the water is rekindled, Mangusta celebrates yet another launch: the Mangusta Oceano 50 is back in the spotlight, with the its fifth unit hitting the water and further corroborating the success of a model that has redefined the same concept of onboard freedom and comfort.
Designed and built as a result of the joint work of designer Alberto Mancini and Overmarine Group's technical department, this 50-metre yacht below 500 GT is a perfect blend of dazzling interiors, a layout developed to offer a fully immersive experience, and sleek external lines which make her profile truly unmistakable – a Mangusta vessel through and through.
Every detail and solution on this yacht revolves around water.
Natural light and generous volumes are the key features of this model. Floor-to-ceiling windows, doors that open up completely, and huge glazed surfaces create a smooth, seamless continuity between the interiors and exteriors.
The many outdoor spaces have been designed to offer guests unmatched relaxation at any time of the day.
The beach area develops over three connected terraces by the water and is completed by a sheltered area furnished with comfy sofas.
The aft cockpit includes a spacious private lounge, while the upper and sun decks offer dining and sunbathing areas as well as two panoramic pools: the first, on the upper deck, is 6.50×2.60 m large and fitted with a counterflow swimming system, while the second, located on the sun deck, offers a truly breathtaking view, as the infinity effect blurs the lines between the yacht and the horizon.
A 5-cabin configuration has been chosen on this unit, including 4 guest cabins and a full-beam gym on the lower deck and the master stateroom on the main deck, the latter also fitted with an exclusive automatically-operated balcony overlooking the sea.
As is the case on each and every Mangusta yacht, on this unit, too, the interiors have been fully customised to the wishes and taste of the Owner, who worked side by side with the shipyard's design team to create a unique, bespoke vessel.
Mounting two MTU 12V 2000 M86, 1700 HP diesel engines, the Mangusta Oceano 50 can cruise at a maximum speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 11 knots, allowing her to reach a range of 4,500 nautical miles.
The sale of this fifth Mangusta Oceano 50 was secured thanks to the long-standing cooperation with brokerage house Moran Yachts.
