Second Mangusta GranSport 34 launched at Viareggio shipyard
Mangusta ushers in the summer with yet another launch.
The second unit of the Mangusta Oceano 34 hit the water at Overmarine's shipyard
in Viareggio on Thursday, 25th June, in the presence of her Owner, their family, and
Overmarine Group’s staff who contributed to this project. It was a true celebration of
teamwork, competence, and passion – all values capable of turning every vision into
reality and every Mangusta creation into a floating dream ready to cruise the seas.
Just over two months after the launch of unit number one, this new milestone
reiterates the success of a model that has inherited the design style, technological
solutions, and onboard quality of the Mangusta GranSport 33, and then built on it to
achieve an innovative, harmonious balance between performances and volumes
normally found on much larger yachts.
The Mangusta GranSport 34 stands out for its sportiness and style, its streamlined
profile, and generous onboard spaces designed to deliver uncompromised cruising
experiences. This model's design has focused in particular on ensuring a smooth,
seamless continuity between interiors and exteriors and the feeling of being
constantly in contact with the sea, thereby reflecting the lifestyle and expectations
of contemporary owners.
A case in point is the magnificent full-beam, 40 sq. m (430 sq/ft) master stateroom
located on the main deck, while on the lower deck, the chosen layout features four
guest cabins and three crew cabins, so as to maximise comfort, privacy, and
functionality.
The yacht is powered by Volvo Penta's IPS system, with four 1000 HP engines ensuring
fuel efficiency, excellent manoeuvrability, and impressively noiseless and
comfortable cruising at both the maximum (24 knots) and cruising speeds (20 knots).
The Owner of this second unit is a highly experienced Turkish client who has chosen
this model because of its harmonious blend of sporty character, exceptional
onboard liveability, and timeless design.
