Fifth unit of displacement line Mangusta Oceano 39 launched in Viareggio

The fifth unit of the Mangusta Oceano 39 was launched on Thursday 5th March in Viareggio, marking yet another milestone in the line's increasing success on leading international markets.

This brand-new unit of Overmarine's displacement three-deck model was chosen by a passionate owner – an experienced navigator of the yachting landscape – who entrusted the interior design to 'M2Atelier'.

"With its timeless charm, the Mangusta Oceano 39 can truly be described as a 'miniature mega-yacht', designed and built with painstaking care and meticulous attention down to the tiniest detail", says Nicolò Strocco, Mangusta Sales Manager, who oversaw the sale of this unit.

Developed jointly by the Shipyard's Engineering Department and designer Alberto Mancini, who took care of the exteriors, the Mangusta Oceano 39 stands out for its generous volumes (330 GT) and architectural solutions aimed at ensuring a constant connection with the sea.

This model’s slender, contemporary profile and the glazed gunwales on the upper deck are the core elements of a clean visual language which amplifies spatial perception and makes the most of natural light. The wide floor-to-ceiling glazed windows can be partially opened to create a smooth, free-flowing continuum between indoor and outdoor areas, and several iconic elements of this series – such as the aft beach house with side terraces on the sea and the forward infinity pool with glass/bottom section – have come to be recognized as Standard Mangusta Design Features.

The fifth Mangusta Oceano 39 is fitted with two MTU 16V 2000 M96L 2600 HP @ 2450 RPM engines that will allow her to reach a maximum speed of 19 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots.
