First Mangusta Oceano 52 now sold

Overmarine Group announces the sale of the first hull in the Mangusta Oceano 52 line. Becoming the new flagship among Overmarine's steel and aluminium displacement yachts, this model introduces a new layout concept on vessels below 500 GT and is undoubtedly bound to become a benchmark among superyachts in this class.

Created by the teamwork of Overmarine's Engineering Department and designer Alberto Mancini, this project is a natural, while also bold, evolution of predecessor models Mangusta Oceano 39 and Mangusta Oceano 44.

With its 52 metres in length, the Mangusta Oceano 52 offers volumes and spaces that are unparalleled in its segment, while preserving the most distinctive features of the brand: clean lines, a constant visual contact with the sea, and a harmonious connection between exterior and interior spaces.

Onboard, the atmosphere is that of a 60-metre vessel, where the concept of 'in & out living' reaches its highest expression.

Stefano Arlunno, President of Mangusta Americas, was among those who closely oversaw the project since its very early stages and firmly believed in its potential as a natural evolution of the brand. In his words,

"The Mangusta Oceano 52 marks a momentous step in the expansion of our range. Its innovative design and functional solutions redefine onboard living and will make this new model a benchmark in the below-500 GT segment. The 'A Deck Above the Rest' philosophy perfectly captures our vision: to offer Owner an unmatched experience, where design, functionality and emotions blend together to reach the next level of lifestyle on yachts of this size".

The first Mangusta Oceano 52 was purchased by an experienced, South American Owner for its flawless combination of comfort, privacy, and style.

What attracted him the most to this model was the master stateroom, located forward on the upper deck: a private area floating over the sea, with floor-to-ceiling glazed surfaces that offer a 180° panoramic view and open onto a private terrace hosting a 'Mangusta Signature' infinity pool.

The lounge-patio on the main deck, set up on this model as a fitness area, contributes to the overall sense of relaxation and wellbeing that pervades all indoor and outdoor areas.

The Mangusta Oceano 52 stands out for its extraordinary modularity: a flexible design platform, conceived to offer the Owner and his inner circle spaces to enjoy and tailor to their specific needs. Each unit can thus be considered as a true one-off model.

In this case, the Owner has chosen one of the twelve possible configurations proposed by the Shipyard, with two VIP cabins (one of which fitted as an office) on the main deck and four guest cabins on the lower deck. And while being initially inclined to opt for a fullycustom solution, he later recognised Mangusta's proposal as the most effective combination of aesthetics and functionality, utterly consistent with his vision.

Delivery is scheduled for spring 2027.

The sale of this yacht was secured in cooperation with brokerage house Maspor Marine International represented by Jorge Saca.
