Mangusta GranSport 33#12 launched
In the heart of the summer season, the twelfth Mangusta GranSport 33 unit – the entry-level model in the Mangusta GranSport line – was launched. Its compact size and high technology content offers the perfect brand identity interpretation.
This summer marks a significant new step in the history of Overmarine Group.
On Thursday 24 July, the twelfth Mangusta GranSport 33 unit was launched, confirming the continuous international market success of this outstanding model.
As stated by Stefano Arlunno, President of Mangusta America, “There is a strong bond, made of passion, listening and team vision, spanning the ocean. The latest launched unit was designed for an American Owner, once again demonstrating that this model resonates with the international market — and with the US one in particular. For this project, our design department has worked closely with the Owner throughout an intense and mutually stimulating creative process, which led to fully customized layout and interior: every single feature has been designed to convey a way of life, where comfort, performance, and lifestyle come together in a uniquely balanced way.”
Designed by Alberto Mancini in collaboration with the Group’s Technical Department, Mangusta GranSport 33 has taken a contemporary approach to yachting, cleverly condensed into 33 metres, by combining bold styling, modern lines, generous volumes, and advanced technology.
The project was conceived to offer complete sailing experience, matching high performance – with top 25 knot speed - with long range, provided by the Volvo Penta propulsion system, featuring four 735 kW (1,000 HP) engines, and IPS pods. This design solution ensures optimal fuel consumption, intuitive manoeuvrability, and comfort, even at high speed.
On board, everything is designed to be in direct contact with the surrounding environment.
The large panoramic windows, open layouts and outdoor areas, intended as true extensions of life on board, create airy, immersive settings, rich in natural light.
The main deck houses the Owner's suite: a 40 sqm (435 sq/ft) space with a privileged ocean view. The lower deck features two VIP and two guest cabins, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone on board.
The 56 sqm (600 sq/ft) sundeck is among the most iconic spaces, directly connected to the bow area with an infinity pool and a large sunbathing area: a terrace suspended over the water for relaxation and socialising.
With the launch of Unit 12, Mangusta GranSport 33 confirms its position as one of the most popular models in its range, blending aesthetics, function, identity and versatility, into a readily recognizable combination.
